Hi All, Please I need support on a BYD Battery Box LV 5.0 Flex, I installed 4units and out of the units 1 unit indicator light was not blinking while charging and discharging but when logged into the battery via BEconnect the battery is charging and discharging only that the white LED which supposed to be blinking went blank (not showing any light), at startup the two indicating light white and blue blinks alternatively, after initialization it goes blink. Kindly assist.
I have updated the firmware several times but still persists.
