Our RV currently has a Chargemate 40, I'm swapping it out for the 30A non-isolated dc-dc. The charge mate currently has large gauge wire for the positive house/coach terminals, but the ground wire is smaller. I'm thinking I can use this existing ground wire with the Victron since I don't believe significant current passes through this wire, as all the batteries are going to a common chassis ground, so any real amperage would be passing through the chassis ground. Also seems semi-intuitive given the non-isolated unit has a single ground wire, so current can't be actually passing through it on the ground side. I didn't see a spec in the manual for the side of the ground wire to this unit, so wanted to verify my assumptions here.
