VRM Portal - Dashboard show no data


No Data on VRM Dashboard after Firmware Update this Multipplus 2 48/5000, under site advanced is all live info fine.

Hi @edvkossmann,

There was another similar report at the same time here - VRM portal dashboard not displaying?

Can you try a different browser and confirm the other users bug report that it is occuring with Chrome (and not other browsers as well)?

The firmware update may have been a co-incidence (or not), I presume you are now running the latest?

It is quite easy to roll back the GX device firmware in the GX firmware menu if you would like to see if that makes any difference?

Tests mit Browser Chrome, Firefox und EDGE, alle haben keine Informationen zum Dashboard.

Your API sends the data to the website.
