Multiplus 1600 works with generator but Not with shorepower

The main fuse is blowed on my boat and on the Score connected, when I use shorepower to run the Victron. The same Installation works perfectly with my 5KW Onan. Any ideal wellcomed! I am already on Research singe 2 days

I would suspect that you have the shore power active/neutral connections the wrong way around
