How do you delete a Cerbo from an installation?

img-1468.jpeg img-1469.jpegI want to delete a Cerbo from an installation. When I try

1. I get first get a pop up message to say delete after physically removing. I have done that.
2. Then the next message is that it can't be done.
Why is such a simple task so problematic?

Can anyone suggest anything extra that needs to be done?

check to make sure that there are no other users - and also delete yourself then its basically gone

Thanks for your response, there are no other users. I need to ensure it has been deleted correctly to allow it to be used by a purchaser. There must be a better way. Have been very disappointed in Victrons support for such a simple problem.
