Victron Phoenix inverter (250 to 1200va models) : is the output 120v AND 240V capable? Or only one OR the other per model?

All in the title! The datasheet is confusing, it keeps alternating "120 AND 240v" and "120V OR 240v"

I understand it can be ranged from 220-240v, but are there 2 separate models, one that does 120v and the other 240v output? Or is it all packed in the same model and selectable via VE.direct?

they are only 120 or 220 volt once purchased they cannot be changed. each model has a different part number
