BSC IP65 12/25 Won't charge

I have a BSC IP65 12/25, it has worked without problems the last 2 years, but now when i connect the 240 volt it goes direct to Absorption charge and it only sends 0.4 amps out for maybe 2 seconds then goes back to 0.0 amps. If i remember correctly it should also connect the white dots with a white line. I have tried to disconnect the charger from the 240v and 12v system for 2 minutes and then reconnect, but that didn't change anything. Any idea what's going on here ???

No, I don't have another 12v at hand, other than the one in my car, and it is fully charged

You say it is fully charged, but your pic shows 11.48V.

So it is either bad battery or bad charger.

Did you try to use it as a power supply?

It is my extra battery that is fully charged, the one that my victron charged is connected to is at 11.48
