multiplus 1200 won't start after firmware update. battery show 0v

Hi,

Yesterday I update my multiplus 24v 1200va frimware from v430 to v494.

All looks fine put after reboot the inverter is not turning on.

I can see it on vebus with MK3 and on the portal vrm and I get alarms that the battery voltage is 0v.

I tont have the old firmware to go back.


Please advise.

try redoing the firmware update using the mk3 - this will reset the unit then to factory defaults

also check the fuse instide the multiplus I think that version as a internal mega fuse - not 100% sure on that one.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your reply.

I solved the problem by swiching off ds1 on the dipswich.

When you upgrade the inverter using the VRM you dont get a message regarding the dipswiches (ds1 and ds2) that should be on off position.
