BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 shows solar voltage almost identical with battery all the time

My BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 shows solar voltage almost identical with battery regardless of sun position or cloudy and it is of all the time.

Has anyone run into the same problem?

Is this a new or old system? If it's new, could be a wiring issue.

There should be no crossfeed between input and output on the MPPT. If the input voltage shown is from the battery and there isn't a wiring fault, please contact your supplier.

The MPPT is not seeing any voltage from your panels - check your connections there.

What panels do you have connected, how are they connected? What is their VOC?

That's automatic because the input voltage is so low. It will switch itself on once input voltage reaches battery voltage +5
