Smart Solar 150/35 freezes charging

Hello, my smart solar is not charging , i have to reset switch to solar panels and unplugg the vebus cable to get the the unit to start again. Fw is 1.59 and it is connected to a Venus gx with the latest fw. This is often happening with heavy loads on the multiplus inverter connected to the system. Someone who have a fix to this?

Yes as kim has said much more info is needed.

ie

a wiring diagram may also help

what batteries are being used and if lithium what BMS is being used and how is it connected- what are all the setting in the venusGX

a full list of everything connected.

what are the setting in the mppt. is it on the latest fw

what is the fw version currently on the venus unit

etc etc

Open up Victron Connect and take a screenshot of your Smartsolar mppt history.

Or perhaps some VRM screenshots?

What is your panel setup?

From the battery setup we can presume 12V for the battery side.
