SmartSolar controller charger 100/50 - drop in charging at intervals

Hello, I have SmartSolar controller charger 100/50 and I'm seeing a drop in charging at intervals. I captured in 120 mins monitoring screenshot. Could you tell me is this normal?

Hi @nanera

That's the mppt actually tracking. Every 10 min. It's normal. It will stop when the mppt reaches it's target V, as it doesn't then need to track.

What you mean by "reaches it's target V"? When it's reaches voltage that is set for absorb or float state?

Yes, that's what I meant. When it's output is current-limited it has no need to track, and the Solar V will rise.

Just for fun, and your own wonderment, expand the graph out to 10 seconds or so and see it scanning multiple times in that short period.
