Fiberglass hull. 24 volt house bank (lithium), 24 volt Thruster bank (AGM). Approximately 40' from house bank to thruster bank location.

Adding a dedicated battery bank to bow thruster. Should I choose DC-DC charger isolated, nor non-isolated, ground?
Provided both battery banks share the same ground/minus, the non isolated version is good enough. When in doubt, use the isolated version - even if later turns out that both have the same ground.
