100/30 Mppt controller rotary switch settings for SOK lithium batteries?

I have added an additional 100/30 Bluetooth controller to my RV system and changed out the lead acid batteries for a couple of 100ah SOK batteries.

I take it from the instructions on the controller that I need to switch the rotary switch to the #7 position for the right charge cycle for lithium. Is this correct?

How is this different than setting up the right charge cycle in the software over the phone using Bluetooth?

Bluetooth setup gives you complete control. If the rotary switch settings match the battery maker's values, no bluetooth advantage. Otherwise, you can set the exact values in bluetooth. Also more settings are available in the victron connect app.
