I have a Victron 7000 isolation transformer on the shore power connection on my boat I have 247 input voltage The transformer is supposed to regulate this to 230 output voltage but I am getting 257 volts output Any ideas ?

The transformer is not supposed to regulate the output voltage. As the datasheet says the output is raised by 1:1.05.
The transformer is a simple isolation transformer. It does not perform voltage regulation. The smaller units say they auto switch to 115 volts or 240 volt range but the 7000 is only 230 volts range. If the input voltage increases so does the output voltage.
