Easy Solar II GX offline

I leave ESII GX on, status is inverting. no loads, no charging, after a few days GX device turns off, status for GX device in Connect app is OFFLINE.

Battery is at 25V, so enough juice.


Why does GX device auto turns off after few days?

Design flaw? Bug? User error? Anyone from Victron look into this?

It was suggested that you take the cover off and check whether there's anything obviously loose from shipping. Fully disconnect first of course.

If that doesn't work, please take it back to the dealer.

But before that, please post a screen shot of the charger settings and confirm the battery voltage you told us is correct. Also confirm no error messages.
