I have an obsolete Phoenix multi 12V/2500VA/120A 240v that has a faulty transformer So I'm looking for a new or used spare. mine has shorted turns on it's 240v winding. :-(
Miraculously the FET's have survived. :-)
transformer is the big toroid, Part No, TI-84131, may be used on other 12v models.
If anyone has a scrap phoenix kicking about that has a good transformer I'd be keen to strike a deal.
A good one should measure about 2 ohms between grey and black wires.
A bad one measures less than 1 ohm.
I'm in the UK but would consider postage from anywhere.
here's hoping it will rise from the ashes.
