Hallo, Is it possible to determine the year of manufacture and the compatibility for the most recent firmware using the serial number of the MultiPlus Compact? Thx in advance! Jonny

The serial number should start with HQYYWW.
YY - year and WW - week

first line: CMP121220000

and in second line: 10390201861

There is nothing with the discribed code.

It seem that unit is very old. It should be the same but without the "HQ".

Also das Gerät ist von 2010. Für die Firmware ist aber zudem die Nummer auf der CPU ausschlaggebend. Dazu muss der Frontdeckel ab. Die CPU sitzt auf der Platine in der oberen linken Ecke, da ist ein weißer Aufkleber drauf.

An Hand des Gerätetyps vermute ich die Nummer beginnt mit 1907 die nächsten 3 Zahlen sind die originale Firmware mit der das Gerät ausgeliefert wurde.

Die letzte Firmware Version wäre dann 159 oder 209.
