Inspector problem-saying no to Quattro 5000 listing??

My electrical inspector is not wanting to accept the listings on my Quattro 5000 as per NEC 2020. Any input and help much appreciated!

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

He is wanting to see a US listing. I am not sure that is really the intent of the code, I need some talking points to engage him. Thanks, Darman

Digging through NEC 2020 I am not finding anything that is really helping. The only thing being that the authority having jurisdiction makes the call on what listing they will accept .Is that a call that the inspector makes or someone above him? I really do not want to have to tear my Quattro back out and replace it with something inferior to pass this inspection! Anyone out there have anything that might help?
