ESS battery can't go lower than 10%

Hello,

I have a Multiplus II 5kVA and three Pylontech US3000 batteries.

A giant grid issue occurred last week (3 days without grid) and I was happy to get my solar panels and some storage !

My minimum SOC was set to 30%. Surprisingly, I could not go below 10% of total storage. By early morning, I was a serious issue as the sun was not shining and we could not open the window shutters.

Which parameter am I supposed to check to go to 0% (If possible) ?

10% is about right for a US3000 battery. These boast a 90% depth of discharge, so that leaves 10% as the minimum.
There are no settings to adjust, the BMS inside the battery takes care of all that for you.
