HI All,
I had a call out to site yesterday when we had an Error #2 escalate to an Error #39 on our EasySolar 2.
Fearing there was a problem with the solar system, or that the MPPT had failed, I attended site to check values.
When I used the Victron Connect locally on the Smart Solar MPPT and checked the programming, the system had reverted the battery voltage to 12V instead of 48V.
I can see from the logs that the system was humming along happily at 48V until exactly 11am, then suddenly goes to fault.
The customer said they had no interaction with the inverter which I trust. This is one of a fleet of this exact arrangement that we've built for them.
Is there a way to verify who changed the value and how, or is there other instances of this glitch? I was lucky that the unit was just an hour away, because these are built to go anywhere in the country, which would be very costly!
