Hi!
I am trying to add a new device using the VRM portal ID. I have a good picture of the ID from the label on the GX device and am sure I inserted the right number. I have added about 25 systems on my user without seeing this problem. However, for this device, I get this error message suggesting the ID is wrong. Is there anything I can do beyond going on-site (this is a remote location) and logging in on the device?
