How to connect Victron connect and smart Battery Sense with smart solar mppt 100/30

I have a smart solar mppt 100/30 and the victron smart Battery Sense, I can get the smart solar to connect with victron connect but unable to get the sbs to connect with victron connect, it gets to 20% and stops. Reading through the manuals it says to enter the PUK code. I can’t find that on the sbs, however I don’t have the PUK entered for the smart solar mppt and it still connects to victron connect. What else do I need to do?

Puk code of the Smart Battery Sense is on the label sticked on one of its side !

Thanks I found the PUK codes, however I now have a question on two different temperature readings in a another post.
