Contact the electrical safety board in your state and report this.
just move the ac2 connections from AC2 out and add them to the ac1 out connections, this means everything will then go through the inverter inverting side - if the inverter is NOT big enough it will overload and thus turn off. so you will have to limit what you turn on yourself -
Yes the main control panel does not look correct so you should get this sorted out as well.
