VRM login locked out - Too many attempts won't clear

I have a customer who's VRM account seems locked out. He's reset the password several times, but when he tries to login he gets a message that says too many attempts, please wait a while and try again. But it persists regardless of wait and password change. Tried clearing cache and several reboots.

Hi Paul, I too have this issue. I (and others, probably) would appreciate any potential solutions be posted as replies on this forum so they are available to benefit all your customers, rather than answering by saying you'll send them a private email? Thanks

Hi @Chris Bray,

Definitely agree, and where possible I try to do exactly that.

I used to be able to help directly (hence the email) now this issue will require a report to the dealer and a request to them to escalate it to Victron -

Unfortunately slower, but a more scalable long term and secure policy.

I’ll see what I can do about increasing the number of requests until a lockout though to help prevent it occurring in the first place.
