We have multiple Cerbo GX getting an unknown error on the VRM ID: it appears this is an ongoing issue where it will not generate an ID to then connect it to the portal.
- When trying to connect via Bluetooth it fails at 60%
- We have run updates and rolled back firmware with the same results of not producing a VRM id.
- I can see all devices and internet connectivity if I login directly to the cerbo on the network but will not connect to the portal
- We have tried to factory reset it with no luck as well
does anyone know why this is happening and what we can do to resolve this? thank you
