We are not receiving the emails to authorize new devices on our VRM portal.
This is our situation:
We had a 3rd party in charge of our VRM who provided us with the graphs.
2 Months ago we had a falling out and that was the last time we received any data.
Our profile was not set as Full Control on the portal so we decided to create a new account, reset the devices to factory defaults and then proceed to add them one by one to the new VRM portal.
We did notice that the VRM ID was different, which makes sense since we have a new account.
Upon trying to add the device, we get the popup notification informing us that an administrators need to approve the device.
We have not received any emails for 2 days.
We tried a Gmail and our company account, but nothing has come though.
The Reset Password option works, and we do get the emails, but not for the approval of the device.
Is this a case of an email issue with the VRM or is there something else we can do?
Is it enough to just reset the Venus or is there another way to get rid of the Old VRM which the VictronConnect app is showing?
We are located in South Africa.
