PoweSafe Batteries settings

Hi Victron Community,

I do have few PowerSafe SBS 190F and 100F batteries and I'm confused what setting I should to set the MPPT 100|30 controller to..... a Battery has 6 cells, on it is saying nominal 12 V 190Ah/C8/1.75 Vpc/77F. Float voltage 2.27 Vpc@ 77F (so 6x2.27=13.62V should be my Float voltage?), searched all internet and could not find a good explanation what is Bulk voltage for this batteries, what voltage is for absorption..... if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it, thanks in advance.

Bulk and absorption refer to the same voltage.


This datasheet:

indicates a fast charge of 2.40V/cell @ 20°C. 2.4*6 = 14.4V

You have correctly calculated the float.
