Do I need a galvanic isolator to use a Blue Smart IP65 to charge batteries on a boat?

Do I need a galvanic isolator to use a Blue Smart IP65 to charge batteries on a boat? I would like to leave it plugged into my batteries while my boat is sitting on the water. Thanks.
