State of charge not showing on GX touch screen

Installed ve direct cable between smart shunt and cebo GX and the state of charger not showing up on touch screen . What do I have do?

Hi @Parmleybequia,

afaik you need to charge your battery up to 100% and when it syncs it should show up on your GX.
