Cannot add Cerbo GX to VRM Installation

I had a VRM installation with the Cerbo GX and deleted the installation to create a new one. When trying to add I receive the message:

The installation with the specified VRM Portal ID or IMEI could not be found.

I can connect to the Cerbo from the same laptop via the same network where I can access the device via Victron Connect or via remote console. This tells me the device is connected to the network. Any suggestions?

Hi @Joe De Vries,

maybe something in your browser cache? Did you try to completely logout of VRM and then login again with a fresh link to VRM? What are your VRM settings in Cerbo GX?
