Hello, this may be answered but my French is poor. Can I charge a lithium and a lead acid with this charger at the same time? Does it support multiple chemistries ?

You can configure for lithium, lead etc. You shouldn't connect lead and lithium together. You may get away with it if the lithium are LiFePO4. But better not.
