Smart Mppt 250/60 has just started slow blinking every 4 sec in bulk, absorbtion and float. Charging and operating as normal. Solar voltages in range of mppt
Please check the blinking against the codes in the Victron toolkit (download if needed). Then update us with more details (such as which LED(S)?).
As usual manual and Victron tool kit give no sensible answers.
bulk led blinks every 4 secs in bulk phase
absorb led blinks every 4 sec in absorb phase
float led blinks every 4 sec in float phase
so seems to be operating as it should, voltages and amperages are as they should be, just seems strange that after a few days of operating as normal it now decided to blink
no. bulk led will blink every 3 seconds when it is in bulk mode no other leds
absorption led will blink every 3 seconds in absorption mode, no other leds
float led will blink in float mode , no other leds
it is charging as it should
Are you sure that this is not happening?
The bulk LED will blink briefly every 3 seconds when the system is powered but there is insufficient power to start charging.
The LED(s) might blink every 4 seconds indicating that the charger is receiving data from another device, this can be a GX device (ESS) or a VE.Smart Network link via Bluetooth
no. i have no Bluetooth or gx. no other add ons
just to confuse the issue . i noticed this just after i used a mk3 usb interface with telephone type plug. when accessing ve config on multiplus. Hard wired.
the mppt has been turned off since this time and still does it. as stated charging in bulk, absorption and float as should
Can you clarify what you mean by this statements?
the mppt has been turned off since this time and still does it. as stated charging in bulk, absorption and float as should
the mppt has been isolated from bat and solar several times but still continues to flash
How this MPPT can be "Charging and operating as normal. Solar voltages in range of mppt" when it "has been turned off since this time" .
