Orion-Tr Smart isolated 12/12-30 'Charge is Disabled' but still charging at low amp

I am having similar problem as this thread:

The victron App shows "Charge is Disabled" but it is actually charging probably at 10 amp. Please let me know what is wrong with the set up.

Please tell use the equipment in your system and how it is configured.

How/where are you measuring the charge current?
