Smart shunt bluetooth failed

I have powered down the shunt several times and the I-Phone also. i got a VE usb cable and manual says the bluetooth can be turned back on in the app in Windows but i do not find it. in the VE direct connect the info is all there and appears to work just fine. no Bluetooth. the Manual and the dealer both tell me that it is highly unlikely that the bluetooth would fail. but it lloks like it did.

Once you have done that, if there is still no success, then the next step is to have your dealer proceed with a warranty claim.
