Smart solar 30 amp charger.

If I have the controller only wired to the batteries and a charger without my solar panels will I damage it? And will it update firmware ECT without my solar panels wired in?

Hi @Curtis Russell,

having the solar panels disconnected is not causing any problems. The other way around, solar panels connected while battery disconnected can cause issues. Firmware updates are working when battery is connected.
