VE Bus Error 17 errors

Two multiplus units installed in parallel having contionuos vebus 17 errors units run in ess mode and have swopped madter and slave and changed comms cables any advice please

Hi, please contact your dealer about it. They can test and otherwise replace the unit(s). There are no software settings or other fixes, other than what you already did:

- swap the network cables, including the one to the GX device

- make sure to use industrially made cables: no hand crimped RJ45 cables

- update all firmware versions.

- swap GX Device (CCGX, Venus GX. Etc).

Thank you. Can the issue possibly be related to the ac supply to the inverter such as unsteady voltage and ac supply switching in and out due to a power outages
