New Multiplus-II GX 48V/3000 suddenly switched off and now behaves weird

Hello everyone,

We have successfully installed a brand new Victron Energy Multiplus-II 48V 3000VA yesterday and everything worked perfectly. Suddenly it switched off.

Current behavior:

  1. When on charging mode only, it works okay.
  2. When on standard mode and DC only, it boots, shows battery info on display yet the inverter will not start, and the display keeps showing "status disabled" or similar.
  3. When on standard mode /w connected generator, it starts charging and inverting as well - yet only able to provide a very low current (e.d. 20W is okay). Once the higher load is connected, the inverter immediately stops inverting and shows "status fault" or similar.

Any idea what is happening and where to start to investigate? Thanks a lot!

There is the latest firmware installed.

Might be line neutral swapped or another wiring issue. Would help a lot if you go to the error log and list what's there.
