Hello everybody,
I'm fi ally posting here because we have been unable to understand an issue we are facing.
Our configuration is like this :
Three phases, 1 inverter per phase plus 1 Color Control for the 3 inverters
The Grid and PV panels are connected on the inverters inputs AC In
The load is connected on S1
We have a 10kW battery pack on the DC bus
The inverters are set in ESS mode and we are setting the grid septpoint to charge / discharge the battery remotely via modbus and the Color control.
What happen is that the load is equipped with solid state relays used to control the temperature of heating wires. Though when we start the heat, the power consumption of the load is very unstable (due to the operation of the solid state relays) and unbalanced on the three phases.
At this moment we lose the control of the battery charge / discharge, no matter what grid setpoint we set, the power on the DC bus keep fluctuating from charge to discharge with no pattern and end up by emptying the battery.
However when we stop heating, every thing is operating perfectly well. We are able to charge / discharge the battery by setting the grid setpoint.
I was wondering if someone has already faced and solved this kind of issue?
Thank you by advance :)
Gregory
