I have recently bought and installed a IP22 Blue Smart charger and wonder whether its default settings are OK for sealed lead acid batteries. If so please advise whether I need to choose NORMAL or HIGH MODE. Thanks Mike

Hi @mikevictron,
default means 14.4V absorption voltage. That's a good value for AGM (another type of sealed lead acid batteries) batteries. A'normal' sealed lead acid probably will need a bit more juice, typically in the range of 14.6V to 14.8V.
I recommend to ask your battery supplier or check the data sheet for the battery and verify that 14.4V is ok.
