Hi all
I installed 4 units of Sunny Boy SB5.0-1 AV-41 with firmware version 3.10.36.R with 4 unit of Multiplus 48/5000 in parallel for an off grid application. I'm having difficulty monitoring the solar yield on ccgx.
I've followed the steps recomended by victron on this link: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ccgx:ccgx_sma but got stocked at the Sunny Explorer as shown on image below;
The Inverters are showing no communication. I don't know what else to do from here.
All the PV inverters and the ccgx is on the same wifi network.
