Low battery warning

2b382c5f-e615-483c-a312-8c7ea125f73a.pngso I have everything wired to this system, with the dc/dc hookup, mppt solar, 3000 multi plus. And 300ah of lithium battery. when I disconnect my batteries I’m still getting 12 throughout my system, yes the break in the line is to the batteries. Also the victron multi plus keeps showing low voltage. Even when we are in the sun with the solar system charging. What am I doing wrong and how can this be fixed?

Any resolution to your issue? Having a similar low battery light flashing after fully charging batteries.

I assume batteries are off the diagram, bottom left.

Please post screen shots of BMV, Multiplus and MPPT settings.

If you disconnect the battery and you are in the sun the MPPT will provide some power to the system. But that power is not stable and turning on loads will cause low battery warnings.

You should not disconnect the battery while you are using the system.

There is something fishy going on. As soon as I disconnected Grid. The low battery came blinking. (SOC100%, bat voltage ok).

As soon as some amps were drawn (my garage fridge kicked in) from Multiplus II output... the low battery went away. This smell's some sort of small "bug".

I noticed that the "false" Low battery warning seems to got something to do with "cached/history of warnings" (visible in rasp/gx). Kind of looks that, those low battery warnings are not immediatily cleared. There is no option to clear warnings/errors? or set time when they are cleared.

Same thing here as soon as I configured and used ESS. It does not matter if I choose Any of the battery meeter. On this picture I have picked smartShunt. The warning disapear if I disconnect and reconnect the Ve bus cable to the Cerbo from Multiplus. I have two Multiplus II 48/5000/70 in paralell.

It looks like I am not the only one having this problem. Did anyone resolve this problem and how? The warning disapear when batteries reach absorbtion of 56V and comes on at about 53V. The Alarm setting on Multi is set to alarm only.

What are your ESS dynamic cut off values?

Solved it, the standard value for dynamic cut-off when setting up ESS is 52V FOR the top value, I set it to 50,5V and there is no warning anymore. If you use BMS control in ESS, I guess you don't have this problem since BMS has its own values.

Victron kit expects a battery. Disconnecting the battery without shutting the system down will cause this. In the original diagram, solar will provide power to the other components in daylight.
