Color Control GX - Reading “Unknown” with no data

I have Color Controller GX, a BMV-712 Smart, and a Victron Multiplus 12/3000. My CCGX only reads the source as “Unknown ” and provides no data at all. However, my BMV-712 is monitoring the voltage and all other data fine. The BMV-12 and CCGX are linked but it would seem the data is not being shared. Also the Multiplus when trying to run off a generator only reads 8AMPs output even though with the same setup it’s put out 30Amps. Kind of beside myself with these separate issues any thoughts on where the problem may be?

Have you checked that the CCGX & connected devices are all running the latest firmware?

I have had a similar issue in the past.

mark, good point! I did check the firm ware on the CCGX and it’s up to date now trying to check the BMv-712 and multi plus
