I currently have a Magnum charger with battery monitor using a 500amp shunt. Can I tapp into this same shunt and send information to the Victron app? I will be adding two Victron 60A controllers and the DC-DC charger.

You can't use Magnum's shunt for this because it doesn't have the victron circuit board. You can use the victron bmv712 shunt, and hook up the wires to the circuitboard, but not sure if that would void any warranty.
