Orion 12|12 default min absorb time is 1hr even though the app can set to 0hr

It seems the Orion 12-12 default min absorb time is 1hr even though the connection app will let you attempt to set it to less than 1 hr. Kilovault batteries have a recommended absorb time of 2 min or less. Can/will Victron change the connection app and / or Orion firmware to allow absorb time less than 1 hr?

I also have this issue. I have an Orion 12-12 and a smartsolar 100/30 charging a kilovault. With the MPPT you can set absorbtion to fixed at 0 minutes, why can't you do this with the Orion?

Are these lithium? Victron do most of the charging of lithium in absorption mode.

I have the same question. Why doesn’t the setting allow less than 1 hour with the custom settings?

I am also looking for a solution to this problem as Battle Born Lithium Batteries require an absorption time of 20 minutes. Firmware Update? Victron MPPT controllers allow for this value to be set lower than 1 hr.
