My load is off constantly ( smart 100/20)

My load is set to battery life

Have 2x 12V 12AH LIfepo4

Read voltage at battery 13.60V

Load is always off is that normal?

I have 3x 100W 12v panels in series normally have 40-50V and 0.2A
