using Victron Quattro as 3 phases with configuring Tsens for Lithium and Aux1. how to configure it ?

I think some more information on what you are trying to do and why would be of help. and why are you not using the standard temp sender input on one of the Quattros. also there is usually no charging adjustments required on lithium phosphate systems - beyond charging/discharge allowed or no charging/discharging allowed -
