Low Battery Alarm - MK3 Settings Screenshot

Hope all is well , purchased a second hand multiplus , installed and got a "low battery" flashing led , purchased an mk3 connect , settings are normal and should not be causing such an alarm. Any ideas? It seems like the multiplus is reading the correct voltage at 13.3 , the low voltage dc alarms are set much lower , pls help

solved - i had to delete the VE BUS BMS , why is that there ? smh

I suspect that previous owner installed the VE BMS Assistant.
