500A Smartshunt. The bolts appear t be M10x1.5 and made of brass. If I need a slightly longer bolt do I need to use only brass, or is other metal acceptable?e?
This depends on the corrosive level of your environment. You can use stainless steel bolts with no problems. Passivated mild steel bolts should be avoided in damp or salty conditions.
Probobly better to utillise a buss bar rather than jamming loads of kit on the one bolt.
