My phoenix has been with stroomwinkel.nl for repair, but they have told me it is beyond repair and that I need to buy another unit. What are peoples experiences with this company? I would have thought everything was repairable, even if it means replacing a pcb or 2....
I do not know this company however they are proberly trying to say that it will cost more to repair than to buy a new one, Give them a call and discuss it, I presume the unit is older than 5 years
