Phoenix 48/250-AC Overload trip every 60 seconds using Pylontech US3000C

I have a 48V 250Va Phoeninx connected to a Pylontech US3000C and a 48V 20A PWM setup as a remote utility system for 2x cameras with hub and a water meter with total load of about 50W. The inverter trip every 60 seconds with a solid red light (AC Output overload protection). Cameras was not yet installed, so the load was about 10-15W.

This was the current load including a 4 port hub for the cameras:

This was the setting:

This is before the trip. The Load dial kept on ramping up and down to whole time.

The distributor checked the inverter with a 130W fan and the inverter never tripped. The technician thinks it could be the Pylontech battery that cause the overload on the inverter output. I'm going to connect a BMV shunt to see in the monitor can give any measurements that can help identify the problem. Can some tell me if a battery could cause an overload on the inverter even without any load?

This does not seem to be a supported configuration.

Pylons require a gx for the BMS.
